before and after FACE edition

So my post is a before and during. My before, I look at it from time to time to remember how sad and how horrible I felt. I wasn't taking care of myself and it shows. I was extremely depressed. I just want to give my old self a hug. While I don't see any miraculous changes in my face, the light is shining in my eyes again. I am exercising and making better health choices and my body loves me for it;o)(I've gotten into the habit of taking swelfies after really sweaty workouts, so that is a bib of sweat. Yum!)
**Edited to add this is about 40 pounds down.

There are so many inspiring photos here! I have only lost seventeen pounds so far, so I am not qualified to participate yet. I wanted to thank you for all the inspiration though!3

Before pic: 162 lbs, about 10 days postpartum.
After:138, 9 months postpartum

Mine isn't a big success story yet cause I would still like to lose a few pounds and tone up some more however I was 141 pounds and I am now 127 pounds
I don't think you can notice the weight loss on my face too much but I do notice it on my arms and shoulders!
All your guys pictures and posts are so motivating! Keep it up ❤
