Low Carb, Low Fat, High Protein

Just be careful, low carb low fat will leave you starving. I eat low carb high fat - you have to get your "fuel" from somewhere. If you're low enough carb you'll burn fat instead - and some of this will be your body fat, which is good, but if you're not eating any fat I think you'll find you feel pretty unwell after a little while. I'd suggest joining this group http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group thousands of members and a wealth of experience.2
