Joining! I'm gonna start small and have my goal be to workout at least 30 minutes every day. I would love to go for a walk in the mornings but I am SO not a morning person. Maybe I'll also attempt that this week!1

I was doing great the first week, but I think I was overdoing it! I was having some leg pain. My chiropractor was able to adjust me and help it. But, I had to rest the last few days. Back to it today and I'm hoping my pain subsides.

yesterday was a good day. Husband and I went too town. We had several errands too run while having my car serviced so we walked everywhere even too lunch! lol 6.25 Miles April 12th!
