    Congratulations!! you look fantastic and it is so encouraging to see your transformation it gives me hope. Do you eat eggs or cheese with your vegetarian diet I have been thinking about changing my diet to vegetarian I just ate fish and eggs and cheese no poultry, beef, veal, turkey, or pork about 8 years ago for at lest 6 or 7 years and I have been thinking or going back to that but I have to limit my carbs because I am a Type I diabetic so that was in part why i went back to eating chicken and turkey again,
