Unfortunately, you can't target specific fat with exercise.2

Essentially you can't spot reduce. Some places are the last to lose due to genetics.2 -
You can target your stomach muscles but you can't target your stomach fat.
Good abs/core strength may help your posture but fat is simply an energy store and it often hangs around in places you most want it to go....2 -

im doomed, i only have 14 more pounds to go and i feel like my stomach fat will never leave.0

Even though you can't spot reduce, you can do exercises that will strengthen your abs.
As the fat goes away (due to calorie deficit) your killer abs will become visible.

Another point is that if you reach your goal weight and still aren't happy with the way your stomach looks, you can try a recomp. You would eat at maintenance while doing strength training which should help you tone more without losing weight.
Until then, I agree with BlueSkyShoal's advice.0 -

Check out some workouts on youtube. I've learned a lot of workout routines on there. The best way I've found though is cardio. You'll get there. Don't give up on it.0

You aren't doomed. Fork put downs and table push aways will get you there.0 -

It's funny, but also very truthful.1 -
if you still have a lot to lose then that will be why your tummy is still a problem, unfortunately it is the last to go
We can't spot reduce either so just keep eating at calorie deficit and little by little you will reduce your belly.0 -
I just saw your reply that you have 14lbs still to lose, when they go, believe me MOST of your tummy will be gone too - lifting weights will help reduce it further.0

Id recommended taking progress pictures specifically from a side view. Ive been losing weight for awhile and my bottom abs just arent coming. Then i notice how much stomach fat ive lost looking from the side and i realized it wont be long until i start to see my lower abs.1

You can't target/spot reduce fat...the stomach is primary fat stores for most men and many women as well...primary fat stores are first on, last off.
Further, a fitness body is derived from living that kind of lifestyle...not for a couple of months or whatever...it takes a lot of time to develop a fitness body. I've been at this for about 4.5 years and my body continues to change and evolve...it's a forever proposition, not something that just happens in a couple of months.1
