Here! Been doing Paleo for the last month and I love it. We use everydaypaleo.com and Marksdailyapple.com for recipes and inspiration. Theres so much of a variety of food to make in Paleo that I don't miss any type of processed carb.

I have been doing it for about 3 weeks now. And love it. I have lost 2 pounds and 4 1/2 inches. Paleohacks.com is a great place to get questions answered. Also paleoplan.com is a great place for recipes...add me if you would like.0

Yes been primal for about 2 1/2 months now, trying to go a little more paleo too. those are two of my favorite links. I would like some more MFP friends that are. :happy:0 -

No, I don't count calories per se, though I track my food to keep myself accountable for what I eat and to count my carbs.
I'm doing this to get where I want to be in terms of weight and body composition. Maintaining is simple to do without tracking your food.0 -

I dont count calories as a whole more just watch my carbs......I do cycle my calories tho.0 -
