I became sick/depressed and gained all weight back and more. Stopped exercising and eating fast food everyday. I have problem with binge eating.
I'm really disappointed and struggling with motivation
Please add me if you login frequently and we can motivate/support each other

    It's my first day in I'm 24 my name is John but my friend call me baki looking for someone who's been there at that level. Can help with getting muscle I'm crying to tone down fat and always up for challenge

    There is something on your nose Tommy girl.......just saying.

    Anyone can add me got a Garmin Viviactice on black Friday which automatically linked me to this app and I love it. It helped me break a plateau and I am still losing. I have lost 33 pounds so far.
