Interesting video, but I get the impression that plenty of people one here don't want to hear the message of the video.

You're likely correct. But worth it to share for the few that do. May ignite something within to facilitate change. Even if it is just small one. Choice... but education can empower

Why would people not want to hear that message? I found it very helpful, and also hopeful. I like knowing that walking my dog 3 times a day is a very positive step toward improving quality of life. It isn't necessarily all about going hardcore in a gym. Thanks for the post OP.

    The illustrator is amazing.

More relevantly, I think that's a pretty positive video, all-in-all, because it's setting an challenge in a way that makes it sound easy and achievable, as opposed to huge aspirational lifestyle changes that seem unachievable.

I work with the elderly and we are trained to keep them as active as possible because there is a direct correlation between activity and quality of life/happiness, not to mention the physical atrophy that occurs from inactivity. Movement is life! Great vid to help get people thinking about improving their lives.

People keep asking if they have to exercise to lose weight.
