Ok to be having a lot of red wine vinegar every day?

So on my diet I tried to find a sandwich dressing that doesn't have too many calories and tastes all right and settled on red wine vinegar. Most nutrition labels for it say 0 calories, some say 3 calories per serving.
My question is, if I eat a fair bit of this on sandwiches (150ml/2/3 cup) per day, or 10 servings, should I be logging 20-30 calories of it or is it still close enough to 0 that I shouldn't bother? Also is there any harm in drinking that much of the stuff?
Thanks.

Log it. How you put that much on a sandwich anyway? Doesn't it just run off? You dip it?0

That's the USDA nutrition info for red wine vinegar. Use it to determine how much to log.
As for it being a problem, just be sure to brush your teeth well. It is acidic. But I would not worry about it other than that.1 -
My coach says it's okay if the nutrition label shows all zeros (no calories or carbs). I still indulge in balsamic from time to time. I am still making good progress in my program.

Actually, brushing your teeth right away after having something acidic is about the worst thing you can do, because you're basically scrubbing away at your enamel when it's at its weakest. Better to wait a half hour at least, maybe drinking some water in between (although your saliva can probably do most of the job).

Yes, please listen to this advice. Even acidic fruit have the same affect from what my dentist told me because I used to eat a lot of fruit and brush my teeth right after. It was advised to me that I brush my teeth before eating the acidic food, not after and then to gargle with water right after just to give them a little rinse.
I use balsamic vinegar but I like red wine vinegar in soup.0
