Are rest days beneficial/necessary for your body or does it matter if you workout 7 days a week?

Rest days or active rest days are necessary if you have been training to accumulate fitness, yes. Your body needs that time.1

Training 7 days a week can be fine or it can be a mistake. As others have said - depends.....0 -
True I should've explained better-6 minute warmup, 28 minute HIIT, 9 minute stretch/recovery0

Regardless of what exercise you do, rest is important, but you probably shouldn't be doing HIIT every day anyway.0
