Here's what's on mine!
4 oz. atlantic salmon coated in 1 t. white miso paste
2 oz. buckwheat noodles
1/4 C edamame
1/8 avocado
1/2 T. (Wonnie's) Bul Go Ki sauce

We had homemade pork tacos and black beans.
Pork Tacos were just pork tenderloin cooked in a crock pot w/ salsa, topped w/ chopped tomato, onion and cilantro with a teeny bit of shredded cheese and fat free sour cream w/ hot sauce. Black beans were the Easy Black Beans from eatingwell.com0 -

            Grilled chicken and purple hull peas.0

            ummm i donno what to call it... veggie bake with cream cheese and pepper jack??0

            Cheddar chicken wraps with turkey pepperoni0

            6 oz tilapia
3 oz broccoli w/ low fat sharp cheddar melted on top
1 ear of corn on the cob
and 1 square of dark chocolate for dessert
I was going to have less tilapia and also make shrimp, but I decided to save the shrimp for another day.0 -

            1 Cup Steamed Broccoli
1/4 Cup Rice
* Ate a big breakfast/lunch*0 - 
            mild italian sausages on whole wheat buns!0

            mild Italian sausage and baked potato cooked on the grill0

            Turkey Burgers piled high with Portabella Mushroom!0

            5 oz grilled rib eye
med. baked potato with a little butter
large salad of tomato, red onion, cukes, mushrooms, red pepper and lettuce from our garden
Light raspberry cabernet dressing0 -

            Dinner was grilled portabella mushrooms covered with garlic and other seasonings, then added part skim ricotta and part-skim mozzarella and tomatoes and threw it in the over for about 20 minutes until the tomatoes were browned on the edges and the cheeses were melted.

            What to do with the rest of that avocado??0

            Grilled tilapia, a spinach salad with roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and portabello slices, and summer squash. Yummmm!0

            Hm .. yam fries, salad with italian dressing and shrimp and scallops marinaded then sauteed.

I was just considering adding a spinach and avocado salad to my dinner.0 -

            Hamburger WITH a bun... baked chips and some carrots and broccoli. Oh, and pickles!0

Steamed broccoli
mushrooms, grape tomatoes and onion lightly pan fried with herbs and garlic.0 -

            I wasn’t very hungry.., the heat is just draining. I had a chicken leg & a sweet potato.0
