well the title says it all!
I would like to see results from ladies that was size 20 or more, and is now fit.
I need to see that it is achievable.
I am a very visual person, and your success and stories will definitely motivates me to keep on track, losing a pound at a time, and toning a muscle at a time too, slowly but surely, but id still like to see from those size 20 to smaller, like 10, and so I can picture myself doing it that much more...

You ladies are inspiring. I was probably a 20 at some point but wore skirts sized XL so never a # but I was a 18 in Nov 2016 now a 16 but I think more of a 14 because the 16s are falling off. Thats from 236 to 208.8

I'm not even close to my goal weight but if you are on the website look at my pics in my profile and you will see my 1st pic when I reached 199. Huge difference with only 30 lbs lost at that time.
I've lost more since but I really haven't changed enough to post another updated pic yet.

I started at a 26/28 - headed into a 30/32. Currently in 16/18 SW 325 - CW 233 - 8 more pounds and I'll be at 100lbs lost. It is possible, just don't give up. I've had many road blocks but I just keep trying. Good luck.15

The before photo was in 2010 when I was at or near my highest weight (about 289).
The after photo was about a month ago, March 2017 after losing 100+ pounds.38 -
Here are my results so far. I've gone from a size 20 to a size 14, have lost 50 pounds so far and aim to lose 50 more. It can be done! It's taken me 6 months to lose this much and I hope to hit my goal by Thanksgiving this year!

I started at 281, a tight size 20. Currently am 188 and a really loose size 12 (10s are right around the corner).

This is me at a solid 20 in about 2000, when I first started rowing, around age 46. (Bad pixelated photo.)
This is later, from about 16/18 (around 2014-15) to around 4-6. Rowing-related recomposition (replacing fat with muscle through activity) brought me down a couple of sizes, but it took changes in eating to do the rest.

How did you lose that in 10 months? Amazing job!4 -
I was over a 20 and now 6's are falling off me. I am sure I could get into 4's at this point. I might need 2's, but if not then I'm pretty close. Started in 230s; now 116. 5'1", 46 yo. About 10 more to go, I think.8
