Having a hard time staying motivated when it comes to weight loss. I binge eat when I get stressed. need to lose 75 pounds anyone else get like this? I also work fulltime!!!

Same thing, full time job, two busy kids and fast food for 3 meals a day most of the time. I go on spurts where I do well and then get busy and stressed out and quit BUT the key for me is to just start again. When I am ready I start the next day. No reason to wait till Sunday or after the holidays. Found that I can mess up a few days but the longer I wait to start back the harder it is. Also the longer I wait the less results I see. It's ok to start again it just means you haven't quit.1
