Congratulations on your new little one. A piece of advice, if you are breast feeding as your babies primary source of nutrition then take things slow and do not make fast changes as this often leads to supply drops. Make sure you take good care of yourself and your baby! This thread has some great info in the second half for breast feeding moms.

I'm a new mom too, had lost 30lbs in my previous weight lost journey, but gained it back, and then some after pregnancy. Been of mfp for a year now I'm starting over. Since I'm breast feeding I read I should not go below 1800 calories, has any one else heard that? Feel free to add me.
