I've been freezing it and eating it 2-3 times a day. It's supposed to help with digestion...but I feel like it has stopped me up. Anybody else have this problem? Tips for digestive help

Its supposed to help with digestion because it has probiotics. Skip the dairy and sugar in the yogurt and go straight for the probiotics in supplement form. That, good fiber, water and exercise always keeps my digestion happy.

a recent BBC TV study suggested Kefir worked best as a probiotic, giving the best range of cultures. I would imagine that the supplement form AND freezing yoghurt (which presumably would kill any live cultures) would not be as effective.

Go for plain natural probiotic yogurt without added sugars :)
