Exercises for being off my feet

I know this is probably a dumb question, but I have finally got the determination to start on this journey again. I ruptured my ACL and have to be off my feet. I want to do some sort of exercise so that I can stay active in some way. Does anyone have any ideas? Do you think that doing a little bit of the WII sitting down would do? Appreciate any ideas or advice. Thank you

You could try a chair workout, I found one on the internet. I haven't done this one (although I did do one in the past after an ankle injury) but it might be helpful...?
