I am either crazy healthy or stuffing my face with food, I need help/support staying consistent and just taking care of me. I would love to lose weight, sure but ultimately trying to just feel better and take care of myself.

Try eating at maintenance while you make small adjustments mentally. I struggled with this also and that really helped me6

There is a middle ground between stuffing and eating healthy I think. Eat healthy and make room for for occasional high calorie dense foods.

What helped me most was lowering my deficit and aiming for less weight loss per week. I also take a few maintenance days whenever I feel like I'm getting too hung up on perfection. It's taking me longer than I would like to lose the weight, but it's still infinitely faster than all the times I tried to be perfect and gave up with a binge!8

It really shouldn't be all or nothing...that's pretty much a recipe to fail in pretty much any endeavor in life. Balance is key...0
