I am either crazy healthy or stuffing my face with food, I need help/support staying consistent and just taking care of me. I would love to lose weight, sure but ultimately trying to just feel better and take care of myself.

    There is a middle ground between stuffing and eating healthy I think. Eat healthy and make room for for occasional high calorie dense foods.

    There is ALWAYS middle ground IF you're WILLING to adapt that habit.

    Have you considered seeing a professional binge eating is a disorder that if one can't control themselves should seek help. Good luck!!

    It really shouldn't be all or nothing...that's pretty much a recipe to fail in pretty much any endeavor in life. Balance is key...
