I started working out about 5 months ago and started out at a weight of 179lb when I was satisfied at a weight of 165 I stopped. I just wasn't motivated because I didn't see any weight loss. I am ready to start working out again but I need a workout program. I have all the equipment you could dream of so any equipment will work. Currently I am eating 2 eggs in the morning, rice at lunch, and rice and some kind of meat at supper, and for snacks I usually have celery or cucumbers. If there are any tips or tricks you could hel0 me with please tell me. Thank you in advance!

Oh, you have no worries about bulking if you're eating that few calories (and that little protein). LOL.

You bulk by doing a progressive strength training program while in a caloric surplus. You won't magically put on any significant amount of muscle while eating in a deficit no matter how much you train or what your workout program is.

I'm confused - you stopped because you didn't see any weight loss, but you went from 179lb - 165lbs, which is a weight you were satisfied with?

You lost weight. And if you were satisfied at 165lbs,why not just go to maintenance?

If what you've written is literally all you eat, you need to reassess your food intake. It reads like very little food (although, your portions could be huge?). Getting minimums of protein and fat is important, getting enough fibre is important, and eating sufficient calories is important to get enough micronutrients.

you wont, seriously, its hard to bulk, especially eating at a deficit. Not knowing portions its hard to say but I have a feeling you could eat a bunch more. rice could have significant calories. I would suggest you read more about eating rather than focusing on an exercise program. If i had to suggest anything it would be walking.

**warning you are about to receive my Bro Science opinion**
I know this sounds crazy but a lot of times when you start to loose weight I feel like you will have early plateau where your body wants to retain EVERYTHING!!!! because of the shock and awe campaign you are waging against it. Just KEEP consistent and in time the scale will start to move again *provided your nutrition is in check*
