Just eat less than you burn4

@TheKeyz. If they worked everybody would be using them.
They only reduce your wallet from your hard earned money.
MFP is free. Use it
Buy yourself a food scale. Weigh everything you ingest and log it
If you eat at a deficit ( calories burned higher than calories ingested) your body weight will decrease
Good luck in your healthy journey9 -
Not good in my book.0

Not since they took the dangerous ingredients out of them.
If it's legal it doesn't work, if it works, it isn't legal.5 -

This and you don't need them anyway. Don't waste your money. I have lost 140 pounds without them. There is nothing to it but to do it.4 -

I tried them and found they did not work and made me jittery and anxious. I gave up and drink a lot of water to control hunger1

Use the money you would've spent on diet pills on a food scale. Eat food in the appropriate portions to your calorie goals. Get on an established linear progression strength training program (that includes legs - which I remember being something you didn't like) and just work hard for it. There's no easy way out.3

Hydroxycut "worked".
Hydroxycut killed some people.
Hydroxycut's formula was changed in 2009.
Hydroxycut no longer "works".
Pills are never a good idea. If they work, you're probably gonna suffer dangerous side effects. If they don't work, your wallet will suffer dangerous side effects. I'm down 130 lbs by weighing my food and counting calories.7 -
The only legal ingredient that does anything is caffeine. Some people find coffee to be a mild appetite supressent. So you could try having a cup of coffee in the morning and see if it helps.
Buying pills is just a waste of $ unfortunately. And some of them still have scary side effects. Not worth it!0 -
My advice don't. I would advise juicing if you want a quick fix or substitute a protein shake for one meal. Eating real food and exercising the results are better and no side effects.

Yeah... I would Not advise juicing unless you just like getting super dehydrated and want to feel terrible1
-
Thanks everyone btw I didn't pay for them they were given to me0

Theyre just caffeine pills man, good for pre gym and stuff, but expensive!0

Dude, are you purposefully eating 1200 calories most days or are you being inaccurate with your logging? If you're purposefully under eating by that much kiss your muscles good-bye.3

I'll quote you this when you finishing dieting and look terrible because you lost what little muscle you do currently have.
Not preserving LBM is counterproductive as it reduces your TDEE.6 -

^^^ This. Muscles aren't just the bulgy things on your arms. They're also vital to your health and wellbeing.3 -
I was another thread recently reading where the op wanted to lose weight fast, he didn't listen to any of solid advice he was given and went ahead anyway lost a bunch fat and muscle. Now he is trying to rebuild muscle which he doesn't have now and is having a very hard time.
Be careful what you wish for. Good luck.5 -

^ Building muscle is a much slower and more difficult process than retaining whatever muscle you already have. Building muscle also involves fat gain along with the muscle, in at least a 1:1 ratio (and that's if you're lucky).
Losing weight without regard to retention of lean body mass often results in reaching goal weight and discovering that you're just a smaller, saggier, droopier version of your former self. Not exactly the result most people envision when they start the process.2 -

Not to mention the guys who show up going "halp, I was under eating for months and now my hair is falling out and my libido is nearly non-existent."2
