Has anyone picked up any interesting life hacks on their fitness journey?

Ex. Opening bananas the right way: pinch the "bottom" and peel...you don't have to worry about the stem being rubbery and smashing your precious naners that way.

Here's one for runners. Tie your key into your laces..you won't have to worry about losing it while you're out.

OK, these are actually good. Thanks for posting. Usually I skip over "hacks" posts because they are usually things like "Add spicy foods to your diet!!11! Generic studies have shown that capsaicin increases metabomolism by 5%" or some such.

I've done the banana thing, although I've got strange looks for it.

I don't have any really good ones. The best one I can think of is slicing up citrus fruits into wedges at home, and packing the wedges up with my lunch, instead of packing the whole fruit. That makes it much easier to eat at work.
