Weight loss goal 14 pounds by June 16

Recovering from Guillian Barre so exercise is tough. My only option is calorie reduction but I am always so hungry and crave carbs. I am 51, 5'7 and current weight is 142. Goal is 128.

What is June 16th? That is a pretty aggressive goal for the amount of weight you need to lose. What is your plan?0

You're at a healthy weight already, so it's going to take a lot longer than two months if you want to stay healthy1

5'7" at 142 is a healthy weight, losing 14 pounds without exercise isn't likely, at least not in a healthy way.0
