                    This may be a dumb question, but why does the app let you input the exercises if it is not going to count points against calories burned? For example this is my last night's input (1st time using app)
1,660 + 2,100 + 0 = -440
Goal. Food. Exercise

            I don't see where you logged your exercise? If your calorie goal is 1660 and you ate 2100, then you'd be over your calorie goal by 440 calories0

            I suppose you logged your exercise under "Strength Training". That doesn't count for exercise calories. If you log weightlifting under the "Cardio" section, you'll get some calorie credit for it.0
