I'm 7th month pregnant and I'm managing to stay fit active and healthy. And most importantly I'm happier than ever. I gained only 2kgs so far, but looking forward to stay fit and active for the rest of the pregnancy
, and to become even more engaged after giving birth.
Feel free to share your experience with me, or exchange tips and motivational stuff with me :)

    Great job, Dragona!

Just remember not to overdo it. There was one time when I was on the treadmill (at around 7 or 8 months preggo) and my heart rate went so high that I got dizzy! So always be careful and don't push your limits! ;)

What is your program? I assume that you do not lift?

Hi Anna, no I don't lift, but I can't wait to go back to long runs and lifting after I take care of the little one. I played volleyball for more than 10yrs, and after I retired I managed to stay in a distant shape by doing long runs, morning exercise every day, swimming in the summer plus lifting occasionally, but now I'm not trying to push my self too hard, so I only do long walks pretty much every day(at least 7-8miles) including walking uphill, which gives some good results combined with really healthy eating habits :) but as I said looking forward to come back to my regular exercise routine after the baby comes, and I'm very motivated to be in a good shape again :)
