so Its saturday and im bored and im starting to get the urgezzz to eat im just soo hungry for sum reason what shuld i dooooo

    Try to down some water, or maybe exercise, something to take your mind off your hunger. Or maybe there's something you have that isn't too high in calories that could fill you up.

    I was having trouble tonight, too, because my husband had friends over drinking and having fun, and I had had a bad day and wanted to join in. But I thought about how I'll feel tomorrow morning when I wake up and know I did my best and stayed under calories. So weigh the choice: Will you regret overeating tomorrow? If not, take a night off! If so, try to find something to occupy your time! Online games, or something? Good luck!

    Total take down some water. Sometimes, when I just fill like snacking, I actually seem to be thirsty. Try some hot tea too. The ritual can be very distracting from eating. Go for a walk, talk on the phone, and generally give yourself some time to see if you are really hungry. If the feeling doesn't go away, just having some nuts or veggies. Hope that helps!
