High Impact?

I was wondering what was considered high impact in respects to aerobics? I've been putting down that I do low impact because I don't want to put high down, only to find out I'm doing low, and then eating too many calories. (did that make any sense at all?!) I do an exercise dvd which is 40-50mins of boxing cardio. I do all of the "advanced" exercises eg, instead of step tapping ill do the jumping.
Anyone able to help? plleeaassee
