Only thing I do is walk everyday, I've put two pounds on . is this muscle.

    That depends, how far do you walk everyday, and how many calories do you eat?

    There's a possibility but it would be easier to tell if you check your muscles vs fat....if you are losing inches then that's a great sign

    It's possible. Really depends on lots of things. Are you tracking your food?

    Yes I track my food. 1250 cals been walking 30 miles. Put an inch on waist too.

    It's unlikely, especially at 1250 kcal/day. It's more than likely natural variations in weight, or water retention from increased exercise.

    It's not easy to gain two pounds of muscle, especially for women.
