I am 5'7", 34 year old wife, mother and teacher. In July of 2016, I weighed 252 pounds. By February 2017 I was down to 235. I lost that weight due to stress and anxiety. I had to get myself right with the anxiety before I could concentrate on my physical self. I am so happy to say that I am good with that - have been since Mid February. Since mid February I have joined MFP and lost 23 pounds. So, now I am down to 212. Still huge, I know. I have done that solely by what I eat and simply getting more steps in each day. What's next? My goal weight is 150.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about that until it actually happens. Until then, if it ain't broken, don't fix it!
I would suggest reading good threads like this one, and making any adjustments needed.
