My sister in law is a firm believer in the positive effects of drinking warm water with lemon in the morning. I've read multiple reviews regarding the benefits of it as well. Does anyone here practice drinking it in the mornings? What are the real life positive effects you feel that you can attest to?

I think the benefit to warm lemon water is the same as drinking plain cold water, unsweetened teas or other low calorie drinks. Lemon juice would add some vitamins and and minerals to your water but nothing too amazing.
If you like it, then drink it. If you don't, drink something else.

No effects for weight loss. I wish it were as easy as drinking warm water with lemon or ACV lol... CICO is the only way.

The warmth of the water helps to release some of the essential oils that reside in the lemon's peel, which, when ingested, can have positive effects on the immune system & digestive tract. Also, on a very practical level, it helps to keep you hydrated, and the warmth can help to activate the digestion which tends to be sluggish in the morning (at least in my own person experience).
