    Fresh salsa. You know, the natural kind. Diced tomatoes, onions, peppers ... mmm! I top it on salads, sandwiches, etc.
  • Hummus, Wheat Thin Stix, and Sargento's Co-Jack Reduced Fat Cheese Sticks! I could live off those three things! :)
  • mmmm those Special K raspberry chessecake bars so delish!! I shall keep my eye open for them!! Not sure if they carry them in Canada! :S
  • raw almonds and honeycrisp apples (when they are in season)

    I buy the same things every week, so shopping is easy. Here's my weekly list:

    Rotisserie turkey breast, Puffins cereal, carrots, sugar snap peas, cucumbers, broccoli, watermelon, mango and cherries (if they look good).

    I take most of these items with me to work for lunches and snacks.

    Chicken, lettuce, turkey breast, american cheese, cottage cheese, sunflower seeds (in bulk) miso soup mix, tomatoes, store-brand light yogurt (whatever is cheapest and 90 calories) and some jelly belly jelly beans for when my blood sugar goes too low.
