You should do whatever your body is telling you to do. As I am not even close to being able to start a workout like 30ds, I may not be the best person to answer this, but if you need a break from the video every few days, take the break! Maybe do a different video every third day or something... You will still get the results you are looking for, but your body will have a chance to heal and rebuild itself.

I've had to do breaks cause I have a bad ankle and my feet hurt... some people say how you should switch i up so your body doesn't get used to the same routine....

I was really trying to do the 30 in 30 days. I lasted 9 days and then needed a break. Taking the one break day made all the difference. For me, going 6 out of the 7 days works best. 7 days a week is just exhausting. I need my rest day as motivation, other wise I look for excuses to not do my exercise, even if it is just 20 minutes.

for level 1 I was able to do every day, but with level 2 I"ve had to do every other day cause my muscles need it.

I'm on level 2 pf 30DS. I take one out of seven days to take a break, just so my body has a little time to recoup. So, I'm taking a break today, then tomorrow I will be on day 9 of level 2. It helps out a little.

Hi there! I am doing is straight for the 30 days. But like others have said, it's best to listen to your body. I keep doing it 1) because I don't have any injuries or feel really tired and 2) because it helps me not to fall of the JM wagon!
