Going backwards

I'll prefece by saying that I've been watching my diet and working out regularly for a month now. The first week I lost 10 lbs. Now I've stopped even worse I've seemed to climb up a few pounds. I'm 157 now and I'm hoping to get down the the 140/135 range. I'm just wondering if anyone is having or has had the same experience and has any tips or advice? Thanks!

If you lost 10 lbs in the first week, you dropped water weight that you have regained. Be patient and know you need at least a month under your belt to really measure progress and fat loss. Weight loss is not linear.
Keep with the progress. Normal average weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week, less for you as you only have 20 lbs or so to go. Expect it to be .5 lbs per week.2
