know Ill gain but how to make it minimal

Ok. I know its not good and so dont to hear I told ya so, but I have created a monster and dont know how to fix it without gaining a ton! I figured just not eating would solve my weight probs, but it didnt really. I lost some but not a lot. So I went gluten free, and wasn't eating the crap, so I didn't get hungry too often. I just forgot to eat alot.I sleep during the day and wake up in the evening. I have been for the past couple months just drinking my vodka and crystal light and maybe a yogurt or some chicken and that'd be it for the day (I know, not good!) Now I'm trying to reintroduce food, but am paranoid I'm gonna balloon up. HELP!!!

    sounds like you may have an eating disorder or probable body image issue and need to seek help from a professional.

    Add exercise.

    decrease the vodka as you increase your food intake. make the empty cals from the vodka count with food cals instead.
