Coffee with some fat free half and half
And a quarter of a bagel.0 -
First breakfast was a bowl of rice with milk, butter, and sucralose. Second breakfast was a bowl of yogurt with PB2, chia, hemp, and granola bits.
And coffee. Lots of coffee.0 -
A small croissant, raspberry swirled into vanilla yoghurt and a caramel latte.0

I have an air fryer. I love it! We made french fries for my skeptical adult step son. Just sliced up a potato with a little cooking spray, and they are nice & crispy. He bought one the same day.1 -
I had pancakes and bacon for lunch which was technically my first meal so I'm going to go with that0
