    First breakfast was a bowl of rice with milk, butter, and sucralose. Second breakfast was a bowl of yogurt with PB2, chia, hemp, and granola bits.

    And coffee. Lots of coffee.

    3. Great Grains Blueberry Pomegranate Cereal w/ Milk
    4. Cottage cheese
    5. Sandwhich thin with a Fennel/Pepper/Bacon spread topped with an egg
    6. Leftover chicken thigh
    7. Egg bagel with cream cheese

    I have an air fryer. I love it! We made french fries for my skeptical adult step son. Just sliced up a potato with a little cooking spray, and they are nice & crispy. He bought one the same day. :)

    It's my usual! Only for next week, I made a nice-resulting variation of including corn flour and some herbes de Provence in the mix. Came out surprisingly well! 15 rolls in the freezer right now, patiently waiting their turn (the 16th was the test roll).
