It's extremely hard for a female to bulk, so you don't have to worry about that if you aren't in a calorie surplus. But dairy products, beans, eggs, and if you still need it, protein powder or bars will help.4

Eating too much protein will not cause you to bulk unless it puts you into a calorie surplus. And even then you likely wouldn't get bulky. Anyhow, since you eat fish there are tons of options there: Tuna, salmon, halibut, sardines, shrimp, scallops, mussels, crab, squid are my faves. Also eggs, egg whites, dairy (yogurt, milk, cheese, cottage cheese, whey), legumes, beans, edamame etc.1

I think women often underestimate the amount of work it takes to get that "bulky" look. It's a lot of dedication to build quality muscle and be lean, for both men and women, but especially women given all of our hormone differences and fluctuation.
As others have mentioned, beans, lentils, tofu, seitan, protein powders etc will all help to up your protein levels without meat.
Wishing you all the best on your journey!1 -
Try adding a little extra protein to each meal. Make protein the focus of your meals and snacks. Here are some of my favorite protein rich snacks: roasted chick peas, string cheese, 2% Greek yogurt with 1/3 cup of blueberries and a splash of real vanilla extract, and boiled eggs.1

If you don't mind the calories Milk Keifer is an excellent source. I feel for you. I don't eat soy and i was a vegitraion for years, so I had to change and i eat meat 2X per week (3.5 oz) and eat fish daily. I also added gelatin which I know helps, but truthfully feel bad about the animals and all, so I try to get the ethical kind and pay a little more. BUT i do notice i have more energy when i mix that with coconut water.
