Started Feb 2014 at 268lbs, size 22 jeans 2x-3x tops.
Hit goal weight in July 2016 and currently at 126lbs, size 4 jeans and small tops.
I'm 5'4.
Logging, weighing my food, and walking daily
This is a fun progress photo I made when I hit 100 pounds lost to celebrate!
And then I hit 142 pounds lost and have been maintaining for the past 9 months

sw 294
cw 230
64 down and 70 more to go.
started a tight 20 and now a 14 or 16 depending where I shop top is still a 1x. I'm android so can't post a photo but my avitar is my loss....I should update that.
you can do it...just don't give up. I had a 2 month stall and instead of giving up just kept doing what was working till my body decided it was time to let go again....and it finally did today7 -

I was a size 20. Now I'm between a 12 and a 14. This shows a loss of 60 lbs. It took me about 15 months to get where I am now (a slow, safe 4-5 lbs per month), so it won't happen overnight, but it's definitely possible and worth it. I wish you the best of success!

Here's me at a tight 20, size 14 in picture last fall.
SW: 300
CW: 234
You can do it! I took about a two year hiatus and ate maintenance, just kicking things back into high gear these last few weeks.7 -
I don't get out my fat pictures for just anyone but here we go: (deepest apologies for my dirty mirror, I clean it all the time but I have things on behind my door that hit it when it opens and dirty it up again)
Before I was a UK20 (US16/2X) and between 218-221 and now I'm a UK8-10 (US4-6/S) 149. I'm 5'10 so have always 'carried' my weight pretty well. I've lost about 70lbs give or take. Lost 64lbs quite rapidly, gained some back, slowed right down to lose it (much happier this way too) and went on to lose 6 more.
It is all very doable, hon, you just have to commit to consistency. Set aside time each week to workout and do it. Eat the best you can everyday, include treats into your calories so you're not tempted to 'cheat'. You don't have to lose a huge amount. Just 1lb however many times you need to.12 -
From a size 24 to a size 14 in a little over a year. 88lbs lost... Still 12 to go!
You can do this!!9 -

Exactly. I have school friends who have no idea that I even gained and lost this weight. We are the secret ninjas of weight loss. At the end of the day, we did it. And we can and should help when we can. Even if it makes us feel uncomfortable.5 -
I started at a size 18/20 and 3x, and i'm wearing a size 14 and 1x! I've been dieting since September and SW was 271, CW is 230.

I am currently a 20 and this is so motivating. Been 9lbs lost so far, since about 3 weeks of this lifestyle!5

You look great, what have you been doing?1 -
I went from a size 20 (220#) to a size 8 (150#) and it took about a year. 15# to go, and that will probably take another year.0

This made me laugh ... Yes, Ninjas of Weight Loss! I lost about 100 lbs before starting my dream job. No one in my life now has any idea, which I love! It is a secret ...
Since starting this job in September, I've lost about 20 lbs more. Today, I am 114 and wearing a new pair of Ralph Lauren jeans, size 2. For sure I was higher than a size 20 at 5' and weighing in the 230s.5 -
SW 227 size 18/20
CW 199 size 12/14
GW 140 or size 4/6
I'm 5'6"
My favorite transformation is my face! My eyes don't look suffocated by my cheeks and my clothes fit great. I no longer have the big tummy spilling over my pants and my legs are much leaner from running.

It's possible. It wasn't easy but I'd do it again in a heart beat.
Size 28 (highest known) to size 6/8 pants
Size 4x tops to S/M
2.5 years to lose 176 lb.
Been successfully maintaining for a year now.
It was the single best decision I've ever made in my life. I had no idea how limited I was, nothing feels impossible now. My health and mental health have done a 180. Don't give up. It's so so worth it.15 -
Yes, ladies, yes. I love the ladies supporting ladies-ness of this thread. You guys have all done such wonderful work.youdoyou2016 wrote: »glassofroses wrote: »glassofroses wrote: »I don't get out my fat pictures for just anyone but here we go:

And now you get to decide if and whether you want to tell them. Even if it's for the shocked looks on their faces.0 -
You ladies are fantastic, well done to you all. IM 5'3 and 52 years old. I have lost 31.5 lbs so far taking me from a uk size 24/26 (281lbs) to 18/20 (250lbs), I would love to lose another 20lbs by my birthday in August and ultimately Id like to be 150lbs. I actually don't have any pictures of myself ...I suppose I should !!!3

20 kilos lost today. Was a size 24. Now a size 18/20. Work in progress. I would post a picture but havent figured out how.3

Dropped from U.K. Size 20-22 to a I'll size 12. From 17 stone now to 10.12 which is 153 lbs I think.
You can do it!! Taken me 12 months so far9 -
Started Oct. 2010, size 20 verging on 22 (one of my major impetuses was to not have to buy new size 22s...), 48.5 years old looking at 50 in a year and a half. Dug in. Lost 60 pounds in 6 months, then another 12 the following 6 months. So, a bit over 70 pounds in a year; went from 220 to about 145-150. Maintained for years, then started weight-lifting a couple years ago, so I've been fluctuating between 155-160. 5'10" tall.

Well done everyone!
size 28 to 10/12, 150 lost, 2 1/2 years.

You are all so fabulous! I can't wait to be part of the picture party!!! I started out at my heaviest 256 wearing size 22/24's. A couple years later and I'm in 14's. Still dreaming of onederland, still stumble and have naughty PopTart after hours parties in my closet, but no where near as many. This is a strong community.4

@lorrpb amazing you don't look like the same person1

I'm not sure what my starting weight was (green shirt) because we didn't have a scale back then. Starting size was 20-22 jean. I was probably pretty close to 250# because I'm only 5'2".
Current weight: 194# Size 14 jean now. Large shirt
Goal weight: 145# which is still technically "overweight", but it's my "happy weight" where I feel strong and capable.
