Grilled chicken, some sort of frozen vegetable medley (with lima beans :yuck:) about a 1/2 ounce of ranch dressing, and 3.5 ounces of grapes.
Pretty boring, but ... it's the workplace cafeteria. I never get their "meals" just skirt around the a la cart choices. I usually get fresh vegetables, cuz I prefer them raw, but .. thought they would have more fiber. when I put it in MFP, they didn't :-( Ah, well ...0 -
Today I'm having tomato and artichoke gnocchi leftovers (made with whole wheat and sweet potato gnocchi) and baby carrots.0

Maybe a granola or protein bar. It is 11:30 AM here and I haven't had anything yet. I'm hungry but nothing is really sounding good, so I will probably just keep it simple and small.0

The last couple days have been a blur (12 yr old dd ended up in ER with a concussion, fractured skull and 7 staples in the back of her head on Wednesday night, and we had a 'fun' hospital stay until last night). So today trying to get back to routine but ended up having planned breakfast for lunch, due to visitors this morning that pushed everything back. So 2 slices sprouted grains bread, toasted, with a fried egg, triangle of light cheese spread and then a sprinkling of 'real' bacon bits (put it all together for a sandwich).0

Today I had Qdoba - naked pork burrito with white rice, black beans, hot salsa and about half the cheese and sour cream that they normally use. Plus we have a baby shower at work today so there will also be cupcakes.0
