Sooo every now and then my right hip pops while working out and when it happens it's continuously. Like say I'm doing high knees my hip will pop Everytime I lift my right leg. Or when I'm lifting my leg to the side, same thing.
Am I doing something wrong?
Is this normal?
My boyfriend thinks I need to have my back and hips realigned at the chiropractor, the last time I went with him I couldn't feel my hands for 3 days. So I'm not really sure I want to go back to do so haha

If it doesn't hurt then I wouldn't worry too much about it, my knees and hips click occasionally when working out.

I have the same thing happen, but for me it's because i am pigeon toed, so my hips and legs are permanently out of line. Some days all i have to do is be walking and it will happen, i would say that it would be a good idea to go back in and get realigned, just let them know the effects you had last time and see if there is anything a little bit different they could do.

i have one hip with two points that 'snap': in the front if i'm doing that alternate-leg thing from a dead bug position, and in the side when i'm coming around from the back during hip circles. drives me nuts and i haven't gotten around to getting that one diagnosed yet since it doesn't hurt. but it sure is annoying.

fwiw, the wisdom i've been given is that it comes from some piece of soft tissue running over some bony obstruction or bump. sure feels that way in both cases for me, so i've never questioned it. it just makes me nuts that i can feel it so seismically and yet even with palpation i can't catch any particular muscle or tendon in the act while it's happening.

what i would do is ASK a chiropractor. but even before i did that i would ask the one you already saw wtf was going on with your hands the last time. numbness sounds like a nerve thing, and nerve things are stuff that responsible chiropractors would want to be told about. especially if it resulted from treatment by them.

I do possibly have pinched nerve, I have sought out help for it and he knew about my issues and told me it was a pinched nerve and that the realignment would help annnnd I wanted to cut my hands off after... It's not only a numbness but it causes pain. I've kind of learned to live with it sadly.

But the hip thing I can hear it and feel it, it sounds awful, doesn't hurt, but at the same time I don't want to cause damage lol
But sounds like maybe its what you were explaining. It's just so weird.

Going to a chiropractor is terrible advice especially if you leave in more pain then when you walked in.

This. The things that may be causing "clicking" would not be resolved from a chiro.

If you want to have it checked out, I'd suggest someone more like a PT or sports/athletic doctor, not a chiro. And I certainly wouldn't look to the internet to diagnose based on a description of 1 or 2 symptoms.
