The package says 200 calories per 2 oz serving is that cooked? If I make the whole package how would I separate 2 oz

I'm pretty sure it is 2 oz uncooked. The first time I use a particular pasta I usually cook the whole box, let them cool, then weigh. The total weight divided by total servings per package gives you the weight for a, in this case, 2 oz serving. I never cook just 2 oz, but then there's more than 1 person in our household. Usually cook the whole box, then weigh out the serving I want.0

How many oz in the whole package? You can estimate based on the package size, like if the whole package is 8 oz then 2 oz would be 1/4 of the package. Many soba brands have the noodles separated in little serving-size bunches with a little paper or plastic strip around them-- I take it yours doesn't have that?0
