Anyone there been eating less calories and not losing weight

    How many Calories have you been eating? How active are You? If you drop to a real low calorie diet it may shock your body into a starvation mode to where your body is storing more calories or fat than its burning

    Also you need to look at the fat content and sugar in your foods. You can be eating less calories but be eating food higher in fat which would offset your weight loss

    Yes! first few weeks you will drop a significant amount of weight then after that period it will slow down, but don't get disheartened and be consistent and the pounds will drop allowing you to hit your goal!
