Anyone ever tried the Flat Belly Diet?

I started reading the book because the diet looks interesting. However, the message board over there is always empty, so I thought I would ask here.

I would love to get some feedback by anyone who has tried it!

    I watched the infomercial but never ordered the book. Does it have any promising tips? I haven't tried that but I did try idealtogo (high protein, low carb) and that is a good way to lose weight quickly, but hard to stay on for me past 10 days.
