Fit into some old work pants that I was once so fat that I broke the buttons off them.22

Going to a wedding this weekend. Bought a Nanette Lepore dress and stilettos. Never thought I'd be wearing stilettos again without feeling like I was striking oil, and never ever thought I'd be wearing a designer dress in life!30

Also, want to add, this was my first actual exercise since January.
This may sound silly, but were you really focusing on your breathing? The first two weeks of C25K absolutely KILLED me. I felt like I was gasping for air, and my lungs just weren't even filling up. I started working on breathing and really taking measured breaths in through my nose and out through my mouth. It helped me so much when I started doing this! Good luck! You can do it!24 -
I ubsubscribed from emails from Torrid today because all the clothes there are too big for me.37

Today I wore a pair of jeans all day and didn't feel the need to peel them off the moment I got home.23

The new jeans I just bought a month ago are huge on me now. Also, my wedding rings that have been hiding in my jewelry box for a year FINALLY fit again26
-
Wish I had a before picture but this is the shirt that fits me now. Before I couldn't even put it on.54 -
First time in the free weights section of the gym!
Helped that it was an hour before closing time on a Sunday, so the gym heavies (read: men who make lots of noise, and leave no space for anyone else) weren't around.23 -
Got out of the shower and looked in the mirror and...wow, hotness! My husband was correct - I do look amazing! I normally think I look good, but my latest fitness efforts (coming out of my winter hibernation) seem to be paying off big time. I love the combo of distance running, weight training and extra protein! It does wonderful things for my body type...30

Actually hit a 100 day streak on MFP today. This is huge for me - with previous halfhearted times, I don't think I lasted beyond 30 days. Committed this time in spite of being stuck in the same 2-3 lb range for the last month.36

I finally started logging again today and it feels very good. Small step but it might lead into something big ;-)30

so the main one was inspired by the scale this morning - apparently I have put on 4lbs since the 11th April.
(haven't officially recorded this as I told myself I wouldn't weigh til 2nd May (to be 'free and clear' after hols), but caved this morn after swim)
The NSV is that thanks to all the reading on here and learning etc, I don't mind.
I can clearly think, 'hmm never mind. You have spent 5 days eating just meat, potatoes and bread and drinking beer and cocktails' (Prague! Whoo! only veg they really have are pickles!)
Yes, I walked alot, but I know I went over calorie wise, but had an epic time and logged the basic basics. vague number of beers and main meals etc. Really wasn't stressing which was nice.
But I now know some is probably that dreaded water weight, and also, I can still put on work trousers without undoing them! so no gains round the belly area!
Made it so that this morning, first day properly 'back from holiday', I swam, am eating well (back to logging etc) and just feeling awesome!!
and have loved catching up with all the NSVs here!

Just finished C25K W1D2.
At my son's request - he couldn't wait until later when I'd planned to drag him out36 -
I completed my first 5k Saturday! It was a last minute decision Thursday morning and training wise I wasn't really ready. I did 10 min run / 1 min walk intervals for the most part and finished at 38:20 - not a great time but it give me a great time to beat for my next race next month!29

Slow it down. Even if it's as slow as walking speed.
I started off at about 275 with my C25K and I had to run very slowly. Now I'm training for a 10k.
Thanks for the info. I wasn't sprinting by any means, but I've also never been a runner. I'll try to slow it down some and see if that helps.11 -

For the most part, no I wasn't. Only after I thought I could pass out. My son was telling me to hold my arms above my head during the walks. Seemed to help some. I will try to put more focus on my breathing as well and see if that helps.11 -
I've been mostly thrift store shopping since I've been losing weight. I never try anything on so sometimes the stuff I buy is too small. When I buy something that's too small I put it in my "too small clothes" box with some of my old clothes I'd like to be able to wear again. That box used to be completely stuffed. Last night I went "shopping" in it and now the only things left are 3 skirts (I purposely bought them in what I think will be my size at goal), a shirt, a coat, and a pair of pants! There were a few things that I almost missed out on wearing though, they were tight a few months ago but now they're loose and almost too big.23

On a new belt hole this morning!!!22
-
A pair of jeans I used to use to gauge how much I'd lost (because they were way too tight in the beginning) are now to the point of falling off, they're so baggy!28
-
Oh and.....put shorts on that I thought were still ok. Added keys and wallet to pockets and left house. Turns out I need a belt with them! lol
Walking round local shop hoisting them up every now and again, was, I am sure, a good look.
darn, I liked those shorts too - but plus is that they don't look too daft/huge around my legs yet (blokes baggy combat short style things) so will wear with a belt for a while yet!
ETA: ...AND have logged for 100 days in a row now (think it's about 111 actually) managed even while on holiday mayeb not 100% accurate tracking but was more bothered about not losing my streak if I am honest!29
