One choice I think the OP dropped this group but I am still using it. Just copy and past my post the fill in with your numbers. Feel free to share any challenges or successes you had each week.
For me this week, I was at a spa retreat that served very healthy food so I didn't gain but I have an infection and on anti-biotics so I find that always interferes with weight loss.
