Started on 4/17 with my diet and I've been doing very well.... I haven't weighed myself yet (scared to see how much I'd gained over the past few years), but I will. I've been really watching my calories and macros, eating a low carb, high fat/protein diet, and moving more. I just purchased a Fitbit and I am already loving the benefits as it makes me get moving. I'll check back in here soon once I've weighed myself. My goal = to get back into the clothes in my closet.

I would try to get on the scale as soon as you can. I waited 35 days because I didn't want to see what the scales said and now I haven't a clue how much weight I truly lost. I definitely understand the fear of the scale.
