MAY Registrations are now open for the Fat 2 Fit Monthly Weight Loss Challenge!
A new challenge starts each month and you are all welcome to join!
Registrations go from Sun Apr 23 – Sat Apr 29
THERE ARE 2 STEPS TO JOIN OUR CHALLENGE...
1. JOIN THE GROUP!!! Click on the link below and hit the join button to have complete access to our group page.

2. REGISTER!!! On our main group page there is an announcement titled “May Registrations/Starting Weights (Submit between Sun Apr 23 – Sat Apr 29)”. Once you are in that announcement, in the REPLY box, register by entering the following:
Username: (this is your MFP user name)
Weigh in day: (this is the day you will be weighing in weekly)
Starting weight: (this is your weight taken ON your weight in day above on the week of Apr 23 – Apr 29)
Our challengers are split up into 8 teams and depending on how many people join, we will add a new team! Each team has its own discussion thread where you can help motivate each other and you can post about goals, struggles and successes each week.
Once you have joined the group and registered...go through the group page to get familiar with everything.

Just make sure you put this information in the registration announcement. Just go the the main group page and scroll down to the announcements area. Don't forget to join the group!

Hi Kandy I am one of the moderators of the group and will be a future bariatric patient as well. As long as you have gotten to the point where your weight loss has stabilized it's not a problem.
Otherwise you can still participate in your teams Cheer squad. I plan on being in my teams Cheer squad after my surgery which is in 8 weeks only until my weigh loss stabilises then I will be back for the challenge portion of it. How far out of surgery are you?0 -

Mari I am 6 weeks out losing about 1-4 lbs per week now. Is that far enough out? I would love to be a part of this challenge. Congrats on your decision to have surgery. It saved my life. Please let me know if I can participate before Monday. Thanks0
