I weigh myself after breakfast, but for fun I weighed myself this morning right after getting up and I was at 219.0! It's crazy that 2 hours later + breakfast gave me 3.4 lbs. I know it's normal for weight to fluctuate though so I don't worry about it.

why do you weigh yourelf after breakfast ? Thats not your true weight? the food will put weight on you. Just wondering

Weight goes up and down you will lose weight on average, but any given day can fluctuate a lot. Don't get hung up on what you weight each day but compare yourself every week or so instead. Sometimes you can even be the same weight after a week but in the long run it evens off.0 -

Weighed myself and I was at 222.4, then I realised I was wearing my jeans and not my sweat pants. My jeans weigh 4.4 lbs and my sweat pants weigh 1.4 lbs.0 -
Started 245. Goal 175~180.

4/24: 232 (very up after weekend water weight issues, did not over eat much)
