hi i had a takeaway yesterday and did extra exercise to 'budget' it in, i was still under my calarie goal for the day by 450 calories and only over by 1gram of fat. Today i've woken up and im not hungry at all and ive actuallly lost 1.5lbs since last night when i weighed myself before i ate it. is this normal? do i force myself to eat today?

eat later if/when you're hungry
you're way overthinking it, it was just a takeaway....4 -
Just because it was takeaway doesn't mean you shouldn't just treat it like you do any other food.1

Why were you so under your calorie goal? (did you add all of your exercise cals to get that number, or just part?)
The fat goal is a minimum for good health - no reason to not go over it.
Weight fluctuates daily, you're generally lighter in the morning.
Undereating regularly is not healthy.... I'd try to eat something.1 -

I walked 5 miles yesterday so i could have a takeaway that's probably why i did add this to the exercise section of MFP. ate including the takeaway 2312 calaroies0 -

Exercise calories are said to be overinflated, so there are many suggestions to only add a portion of what mfp gives you for the extra exercise (50% seems to be the recommended amount)0 -
[quote Undereating regularly is not healthy.... I'd try to eat something.[/quote] ive sent you a dm
