Almased Diet

I am looking for friends. Some that may be using Almased. I am new to MFP and the Community. I have lost 1/2 my goal but now having trouble with the remaining. I lost 16 lbs in 2 months. Thank you

    I just started the Almased diet. Today is only my second day. After having only liquids yesterday, you can imagine how frustrated I was when I stepped on the scale to see the same exact weight. Are you still using Almased? How long did it take you to see any results?
