Okay, I've been stuck at the same weight for over a month now and I'm getting really discouraged. Does anyone have any suggestions?:grumble:

Could you give us some more info? Your diary is private so can't comment on your cals or food choices. Don't know what or if you are exercising. Kinda hard to offer suggestions with nothing to go by ya know :)

You are about to get an onslaught of people asking you to open up your diary so that they can all see what you've been eating. Without that, and your current stats, I'm not sure anyone is going to be able to give you any more than generic "keep up the hard work" advice!

    best of luck to you!

I made my diary public and I know part of my problem may be my snacking. I am a stress/bored eater and I know I need help on that but I just don't know what to do instead of snacking. It's like an obsession!

If it were me, I would start tracking my sodium and fiber also. I would also change my macro's to 40/40/20. (Carbs,Protein/Fat). Try that for two weeks and then tweek from there. Also, make sure you are logging and measuring everything accurately. Maybe switch up your exercise routine. It looks like you don't have too much more weight to lose, and this is where it gets a little more difficult (slower) and the little things can make a big difference. Like the creamer in your coffee. Keep going until you figure it out! You can do this!

eta: You are coming in way under your calorie goals on some days. Are you sure you are eating enough? Or are you lax on your tracking? Try to hit your goal numbers as much as you can!

After a quick glance, I saw a few days of not even hitting 1200...that's not good, even a day at 400 something. The other thing that stuck out like a sore thumb is the lack of veggies in your diet, lack of water and amount of processed foods. If you could add veggies to your day, drink more water and see if you can shave a few of the processed items out I think you may see some progress. Additionally, since it appears you're not far from your goal you should really be trying to hit 1200 every day if not more.
