I just saw this! I'm trying to eat 1700-2000, sometimes I go over. I hit the gym Monday-Friday. I mainly lift weights and don't do much cardio besides a 10 minute warm up.

L-as an adult, probably around 120 or less. Didn't ever weigh myself then, but was not curvy, fit or strong, just thin.

G- don't have a goal weight as much as the feeling of "I'll know it when I see it." I want to be fit and strong and know muscles weigh more than fat! And if that means I'm 145 but look like an Amazonian warrior goddess, I'll take it!0
