Sharp pain left hand side of navel

Hi Team,

This week I've been experiencing a sharp pain to the left of my navel. It's triggered when I do a crunch like action tensing my ab section.

Has anyone experienced this before ?

I have a doctors appointment in a couple of weeks.

It's annoying me as I can't do workouts, weights nor cardio :( .

    My husband had a pain like that accompanied by fever, turns out his colon had a hole in it. Yea, I know, worst case scenario, but if it persists and you do have even a mild fever, move that dr appt to now. Otherwise, be sure to monitor it until your appointment.

    Consult your family doctor. You probably pulled a muscle in your abdomen, but could be a blockage, something torn, etc.

    Any other symptoms besides pain? Dizzy, nauseous, fever?

    My Niece had exactly the same..it was a hernia

    That was my first thought. That's not something you want to mess with. You can actually die from complications resulting from a hernia.
